Job Purpose

Provide strategic leadership and operational management of the bank’s physical security program, ensuring the safety of assets, employees, customers, and premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement physical security strategies and policies
• Manage CCTV, alarms, access control, and security personnel
• Oversee central security command center operations
• Coordinate executive residence security and emergency responses
• Ensure compliance with banking security regulations and standards
• Conduct security training, drills, and investigations
• Manage security budgets, vendors, and contracts

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in physical security management, preferably in banking
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-site security operations
• Law enforcement or military background is an added advantage
