JOB DETAILS:
Physical Availability Champ
Mining | Mwanza
Responsibilities:
• Analyze fleet performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies & root causes of low equipment availability.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve equipment uptime & operational performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis on downtime events and implement corrective actions.
• Manage performance improvement projects based on data insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and manufacturers to align on performance improvement strategies.
• Provide technical & operational guidance to site leadership on maintenance practices & equipment usage.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mining, or related field).
• 3+ experience in mining operations, fleet maintenance, or heavy equipment performance management.
• Proven experience in data analysis and performance monitoring of equipment fleets.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, downtime analysis, and reliability improvement techniques.

Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: bachelor degree
