Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support: Efficiently manage the General Manager’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Screen, prioritize, and respond to all communications on the General Manager’s behalf.
Prepare, edit, and review a variety of documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring the General Manager is fully prepared for all engagements with necessary briefing materials.
Communication & Liaison: Serve as the first point of contact for all stakeholders. Professionally and promptly liaise with senior management, staff, clients, and partners.
Draft and manage official correspondence, meeting minutes, and internal reports as directed.
Administrative Management: Maintain and organize confidential records and files. Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and other administrative tasks for the General Manager’s office. Assist in planning and executing company events, conferences, and board meetings.
Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handle all sensitive and confidential matters with extreme discretion and integrity.
Consistently uphold the highest standards of professionalism as a representative of the organization and the General Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A high level of professionalism, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
