Role Summary
Produce breads, desserts, pastries, and breakfast pastries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bake fresh bread, croissants, muffins daily.
- Prepare plated desserts, mousses, cakes, tarts.
- Decorate with chocolate, glazes, fruit.
- Manage pastry mis en place, dough fermentation.
- Maintain clean station and proper storage.
Requirements:
Pastry diploma; experience in high-volume or lodge bakery.
