JOB DETAILS:

Role Overview:

To provide orthopedic and trauma care, teach musculoskeletal medicine, and conduct research in orthopedics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver orthopedic surgical and non-surgical management.
• Teach orthopedics and trauma to trainees.
• Conduct research in fractures, joint replacement, sports medicine, pediatric orthopedics, or rehabilitation.
• Supervise orthopedic skills training.
• Engage in injury prevention, road safety advocacy, and disability rehabilitation programs.
• Participate in multidisciplinary trauma teams and disaster response.

Requirements:

• MMed in Orthopedics; PhD or research experience beneficial.
• Mandatory GPA: Master’s (MMed) GPA ≥ 4.0; Bachelor’s (MBBS/MD) GPA ≥ 3.5.
• Surgical expertise and clinical experience.
• Teaching and supervision skills.
• Interest in multidisciplinary trauma care.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: postgraduate degree
