Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Operations/Technical Platform Administrator to manage our online learning platform (LMS). Responsibilities include maintaining the system, managing course content, supporting users, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate must have strong technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and enjoy working with digital learning platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the LMS and website
• Organize courses, handle student enrolments and payments
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot platform issues
• Generate reports and assist with digital content and operations
• Ensure data security and compliance

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or higher in IT or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in LMS or platform administration
• Proficiency with web tools and LMS platforms
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with automation tools, payment systems, and basic graphic design is an added advantage
