Role Context

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our safari operations.

Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day safari operations.
• Ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Leading and motivating the operations team.
• Overseeing logistics and resource management.
• Developing and implementing operational strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Wildlife Conservation, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years in safari operations or wildlife tourism.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams in remote settings.
