QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum of 5-10 years working experience
Proven experience in trading and sales management
Experience in clearing and forwarding operations
Knowledge of agricultural equipment sales and market expansion
Strong leadership, analytical and strategic planning skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage Trading Operations (Yara Fertilizer)
Oversee Sales & Marketing (Agri Equipment)
Expand and manage new market hubs
Handle Clearing & Forwarding (Ops & Documentation)
