About the role

At Inua Hub Tanzania, great ideas only create impact when they are executed exceptionally well. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented Operations Associate to help ensure our programs, events, partnerships, and day-to-day activities run seamlessly.

If you enjoy solving problems, improving systems, coordinating people, and making things happen behind the scenes, this role is for you. You’ll work across multiple teams, gaining hands-on experience in nonprofit operations, project coordination, and organizational strategy while helping build one of Tanzania’s leading youth innovation hubs.

Key responsibilities

The Operations Associate will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of events, workshops, bootcamps, and community activities.
  • Manage logistics, schedules, meeting coordination, and operational calendars.
  • Support cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and with excellence.
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and project progress while following up on key deliverables.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports for leadership.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Help develop and document internal processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support strategic initiatives and ensure smooth day-to-day organizational operations.
