What you’ll do

  • Coordinate administration of the Incubator & Small Grants Program
  • Track grant disbursements, beneficiary reporting, and compliance
  • Coordinate mentors, cohorts, and annual application cycles
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly program and grant reports
  • Support continuous improvement of program systems and processes

What we’re looking for

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Social Entrepreneurship, or a related field
  • 1–2 years’ experience in program coordination, administration, or enterprise support
  • Strong organisational, reporting, and follow-up skills
  • Confidence working with founders, mentors, and multiple stakeholders
  • A proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented work ethic
