Job Purpose
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office documents, including filing, scanning, and maintaining electronic records.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring professionalism and clarity.
- Manage daily office operations to maintain an organized and productive work environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls and emails.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment, coordinating purchases as required.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and coordinating events.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing systems are in place.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Qualification and Experience
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Secretarial studies or other related filed.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Computer literacy and office management.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skill in both Swahili and English Language.
- Excellent communication skills
