We are seeking a talented Northern cluster Sales manager whose purpose is to maximize Brand presence in Tanzania’s Northern Region through relationship-driven strategies and seasonal excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years FMCG sales experience with 3+ years managing Moshi/Arusha market
• Data-driven decision maker with proficiency in trade analytics
• Fluent in Swahili and English; competitive resilience
• . Active Driving license

• Develop and execute cluster sales strategy
• Build and maintain relationships with Business partners of the cluster
• Design and execute seasonal trade programs aligned with the nature of the market.
• Manage distributor network capable of servicing the allocated market and channels within.
• Achieve monthly sales targets( revenue and Volume) with optimal product mix and profitability
• Coordinate with Marketing for on-trade promotions and sponsorship opportunities
• Lead team -sales personnel across diverse sub-markets

• Proficient in Swahili and English Language
• decision making
