Organization information
Black D (T) Limited manufactures and sells Waves Pure Drinking Water, Waves Ice Crystals and Jabali spirits.
Duties and responsibilities
- Supervise the quality of products manufactured, including water, spirits and ice, by inspecting products before they are filled into bottles or bags, checking the condition of the bottles and bags used, and checking the condition of boxes and cartons after they have been properly filled and sealed.
- Supervise and meet daily, weekly and monthly production and sales targets.
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly production records by calculating and verifying production and product-storage forms.
- Verify the quantity of products sent to the market and maintain daily, weekly and monthly records.
- Supervise production and sales employees and ensure that they perform their duties efficiently, professionally and diligently.
- Advise management on disciplinary action for production and sales employees who act contrary to their work responsibilities.
- Ensure that the factory and office remain clean at all times by supervising daily cleaning before work begins and after work ends.
- Ensure workplace safety for all employees by supervising the use of safety equipment and other equipment such as cameras.
- Supervise product sales and verify daily, weekly and monthly accounts.
- Develop methods to increase production and sales to improve factory and company efficiency.
- Prepare product and sales reports and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and annual records.
- Ensure that raw materials required for production are purchased on time and before they run out to avoid disrupting production activities.
- Verify daily product-quality reports to ensure that products meet the standards established by relevant authorities such as TBS, the Government Chemist and others.
Applicant qualifications
- Hold a diploma or degree in production, food processing, business, accounting or a field related to business management.
- Have experience supervising production and sales in factories or similar settings for at least six months.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop methods for increasing product production and sales to improve factory efficiency.
- Demonstrate leadership ability by supervising a team of at least five people.
