Job Responsibilities
- Develop MEL framework and KPIs
- Oversee data collection and ensure quality
- Track perfomance and produce reports
- Train staff on MEL tools
- Ensure donor compliance
- Support impact measurement and climate tracking
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in MEL
- Experience with digital data tools
