About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Marketing Staff member to support the planning and execution of marketing activities that promote the company's products and services while driving customer engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns.
- Promote products and services through online and offline channels.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
- Build relationships with customers and business partners.
- Support promotional events and product launches.
- Prepare marketing reports and campaign performance updates.
- Assist with social media management and content distribution.
- Represent the company during exhibitions and community events.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in marketing or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
