JOB DETAILS:

Southern Zone Referral Hospital is seeking a Marketing Officer Grade II.

Responsibilities or duties

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for:

• Receiving clients and directing them to service areas.
• Receiving client feedback and challenges.
• Advising management on best ways to improve client services.
• Promoting the Institution through various media/platforms.
• Performing other duties as assigned by their supervisor.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Candidates must hold a Form Four or Form Six certificate and a Bachelor’s Degree in Customer Service studies from a Government‑recognized College.
