JOB DETAILS:
You Will
- Build ZOE TV's identity as a trusted, family-safe media brand across Tanzania and the diaspora
- Drive revenue through sponsorships, advertising, and partnerships with faith-aligned businesses, NGOs, and institutions
- Grow digital audiences via YouTube, Facebook, mobile app, and social-first content
- Design compelling donor engagement and fundraising campaigns (telethons, concerts, online giving)
- Develop merchandising, co-branded content, and diaspora-focused offerings
- Collaborate closely with Programs, Technical, and Finance teams to align messaging and monetization
You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years in marketing, media, or digital communications—5+ in a leadership role
- Proven success in revenue generation, digital audience growth, and brand building in Tanzania or East Africa
- Deep understanding of Christian values and the ability to uphold them in all commercial activities
- A mature Christian and committed to Zoe TV's mission of spreading hope through media.
