The Manager oversees all nightclub operations, ensuring excellent customer service, staff performance, and profitability.

• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the nightclub, including service, entertainment, and facility maintenance.
• Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule all staff (waiters, bartenders, security, cleaners, counter staff).
