JOB DETAILS:
Ranked as Senior Compliance Officer I, this position in the Risk Management and Compliance Department reports to the Senior Manager Compliance I (PCO). The role involves tracking compliance areas, preparing reports, reviewing compliance policies, and contributing to the TCB Risk Register. Key tasks include implementing controls, promoting a compliance culture, and ensuring adherence to Bank of Tanzania regulations and internal standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce/Business Administration, or equivalent, with at least 10 years of experience. Strong technical compliance skills, computer literacy (Excel and Word), and teamwork are essential.
