Role Context
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Management Accountant to join our client's team in the Manufacturing/FMCG sector. This role is crucial for ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with a proven ability to manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare management reports and analyze performance gaps.
- Monitor costs and support budgeting and forecasting.
- Track inventory, debtors, CAPEX, and reconcile stock.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with financial controls.
- Supervise staff and improve financial processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business, or a related field.
- CPA qualification or CPA Final level (CIMA is an added advantage).
- 4-6 years' experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in management accounting & reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS and tax legislation.
- Experience using SAP ERP systems.
