KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new loan clients.
• Market and promote NAGO Finance loan products and services.
• Assess loan applications and conduct credit appraisals.
• Conduct field visits to verify clients’ businesses and residential addresses.
• Prepare and submit loan applications for approval.
• Disburse approved loans and educate clients on loan terms and repayment procedures.
• Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with NAGO Finance lending policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in lending, microfinance, banking, or sales will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and customer focus.
