POSITION: LOAN OFFICER (4 POSITIONS)

INDUSTRY: Microfinance

LOCATION: Dar es Salaam

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in lending, sales, marketing, or microfinance operations.
• Strong knowledge of loan appraisal, credit analysis, and customer relationship management.
• Ability to identify, recruit, and manage quality loan clients.
• Good understanding of financial statements and customers' repayment capacity.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, and other business applications).
• High level of integrity, honesty, and confidentiality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
