To support our continued growth, we are seeking motivated Loan Officer Trainees to join our team in Arusha.

Responsibilities or duties

• Identify, recruit, and retain clients for both group loans and upcoming individual loan products.
• Conduct loan assessments, appraisals, and ensure compliance with company lending polices.
• Monitor loan performance, follow up with clients, and ensure timely repayment.
• Provide financial guidance and support to clients, strengthening trust and long-term relationships.
• Actively promote Dream Big Microfinance Limited within the community to expand outreach and visibility.
• Organize and facilitate group meetings to explain loan terms, repayment schedules, and financial literacy topics.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports for management and regulatory purposes.
• Support the transition and rollout of new individual loan products by engaging potential clients and educating them on benefits.
• Build strong networks with local leaders, businesses, and community stakeholders to enhance client recruitment.
• Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and
• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve loan products, processes, and service delivery.

Qualifications or requirements 

• Secondary (CSEE) to Diploma Level.
• Must be a resident of Arusha, with strong familiarity with the city and its surroundings.
• Age 25 to 40.
• Strong communication and interpersonal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
