Bogach finance is a microfinance institution which provides small and medium loans to entrepreneurs and employees of government and private companies in order to meet their financial needs for paying of; school fees, house rent, purchase of land and improvement of business. The company was incorporated in 2008 with certificate of registration number 64116 It is the successor of the sister company BDF Finance company which was on operation from 2004 to 2008.

The company offers the following services:-
• Individual and group loans
• Special loans to employees of Government and private companies
• Insurance services

Job Description:
Bogach Finance is inviting applications from suitably qualified Tanzanians to be considered for employment to fill the following vacant positions: –

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To mobilize groups and individual customers
• To follow up on repayments
• Appraise loan requests

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
Certificate or diploma in any field.

PAST WORK EXPERIENCE
No prior work experience is required
