Post : Licensing Officer II
Duties And Responsibilities
• To receive and process Business/Industrial licensing applications in accordance with the and its regulation;
• To conduct Business licensing inspection.
• To maintain Business licensing statistics.
• To preserve manual and electronic Business license documents;
• To prepare and presents analytical assessment of Business Licenses application;
• To assist potential investors with technical information and advice on suitable investment possibilities;
• To provide technical advice to prospective investors on viability of Business Licensing projects;
• To issue Business Licenses and certificates of registration;
• To prepare progress reports;
• To provide inputs for preparation of periodic reports;
• To provide inputs for development and review of policies and guidelines; and
• To perform any other official duties as may be assigned by immediate supervisor.

Qualification and Experience
Holder of Bachelor Degree in one of the following fields: Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Laws (LL.B) or equivalent qualifications from recognized institutions. Must be computer literate.
