Job Summary:

The Leasing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic leasing plans to maximize occupancy and rental income. This role involves managing key tenant relationships, negotiating complex lease agreements, and leading the leasing team to achieve portfolio targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve target occupancy rates.
• Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and rental rates with prospective and existing tenants.
• Oversee the preparation and finalization of lease documents and contracts.
• Conduct market research to analyze competitor rates, trends, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail and commercial tenants.
• Supervise and mentor the Leasing Officers.
• Coordinate with legal counsel regarding lease compliance and disputes.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to leasing performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real estate, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial leasing or property management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and financial acumen.
• Proven track record in achieving occupancy targets.
