We are seeking a Lake zone cluster Sales Representative whose purpose is to execute daily sales activities, achieve outlet-level targets, and ensure products are available, visible, and promoted at every point of purchase

Requirements

• 1-2 years sales experience (FMCG preferred)
• Physical stamina for daily field work in all weather
• Basic numeracy and reporting skills
• Honest, reliable, and brand-ambassador mindset
• Local language proficiency of the assigned territory
• . Motorcycle license and ability to navigate urban congestion

• Visit 25-35 outlets daily as per the planned route
• Take orders, ensure timely delivery through the distributor system
• Merchandise products according to brand guidelines
• Conduct mini-surveys on stock levels, competitor activity, and pricing
• Execute promotional activities and demos at the point of sale
• Build strong relationships with outlet owners and promoters
• Submit daily reports via mobile/paper systems

• Proficient in Swahili and English Language
• Honest

• Bachelor Degree
