About the Organization

Key Responsibilities

• Point of Sale Operations: Receive and process daily food and beverage cash/digital transactions for the kitchen department.
• Order Tracking: Coordinate between guests, waitstaff, and kitchen personnel to reconcile food orders with issued payments.
• Daily Reconciliation: Keep precise daily transaction records and account for all daily sales revenues at the shift end.

Qualifications & Mandatory Requirements

Candidates must present the following documentation upon application/interview:

• Valid National ID (NIDA).
• Official Guarantor Letter accompanied by the guarantor's Passport Photograph.
• Formal Introduction Letter from the local Ward/Street Government (Serikali ya Mtaa).
• Readiness to send a photo via WhatsApp during the initial screening.
