JOB OPPORTUNITY – JUNIOR HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (3 POSITIONS)
A reputable Manufacturing and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company with operations across East and Central Africa is seeking qualified, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join its Human Resources team.
Position: Junior Human Resources Officer (3 Positions)
Work Location:
- Kisarawe 2 Ward, Kigamboni District, Dar es Salaam
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Public Administration, Business Administration (HR), or a related field.
- Membership with a recognized HR professional body will be an added advantage.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Resources, preferably in a Manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Sound knowledge of Tanzanian Labour Laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with HRIS or payroll systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
