JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Controller to manage and oversee inventory control operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing stock levels, and minimizing losses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement inventory control systems and practices
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels across multiple locations
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs
• Coordinate with purchase and sales departments to ensure adequate stock availability
• Generate inventory reports for management review
• Implement loss prevention strategies and reduce inventory shrinkage

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in inventory control or management
• Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
