JOB DETAILS:
The Tanzania Teachers' Association is a Teachers' Union from the Teachers' cadre whose activities are located only in mainland Tanzania. The Association is registered under No. 004 under the Employment and Labor Relations Act No. 6 of 2004 and employs employees for permanent contract employment who are present in the Districts, Regions and Headquarters. In order to improve services for members, CWT is announcing the vacancies of the Secretaries General and Internal Auditor for any qualified Tanzanian who will be willing to work anywhere in Tanzania:

Internal Inspector
Qualifications of applicants
• Have a Business Degree or Arts with an Accounting / Diploma orientation Advanced Accounting / Auditing with a CPA Accounting Certificate (T) or other characteristics recognized by the NBAA.
• Be able to use Kiswahili and English fluently. C) Have experience in using a computer.

Job responsibilities
• Develop an internal audit program.
• Carrying out the analysis in the initial stages of the audit.
• Conducting internal control systems assessments at an early stage. (Internal Controls), Risk Management and management of operational systems (Corporate Governance).
• Conducting regular, special, technical and diagnostic audits (Normal Audit, Special Audit, Technical Audit and Investigations).
• Develop a routine or special internal audit plan.
• To review the audit findings received.
• Monitor the implementation of the internal audit recommendations.
• To provide advice to enhance the performance of the Institute.

Salary Salary will be paid in accordance with the Regulations governing service within the CWT. General application requirements
• Applications may be written in Kiswahili or English.
• All applicants must be Tanzanian Citizens and not older than 45 years.

• All applications must be accompanied by professional certificates, notes, copies of certificates of form four and form six for those who have reached that level with certificates of completion of various trainings based on the qualifications of the relevant job. Attachments so they are evenly spaced to eliminate the possibility of falling or getting lost.
• Applicants who have studied outside Tanzania should ensure that their certificates are verified by approved by the relevant authorities (TCU or NECTA). (
• Applicants who have been cleared in the Public Service are not allowed to apply unless they have the approval of the Principal Secretary.
• Submission of forged information and credentials will be subject to disciplinary action legally.
