JOB DETAILS:

Safel Insurance Company (Pvt) Ltd, a licensed short-term insurer regulated by the Insurance and Pensions Commission (IPEC), is looking to strengthen its business development team at Head Office. We are inviting applications from confident, driven and results-oriented individuals to join us as Insurance Business Development Agents.

Qualifications or requirements

• Any commercial qualification (Business, Marketing, Insurance, Sales or related field).
• Proven experience in marketing is a must.
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is an added advantage.
• Confident, persuasive marketing and selling skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing and able to work as part of a team at Head Office.
• Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
