Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, including motors, controls, wiring, lighting, and power distribution in a factory setting
  • Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure reliable operation and minimize downtime
  • Diagnose faults using testing tools, read electrical diagrams/schematics, and carry out repairs or replacements
  • Conduct safety inspections, thermography checks on panels, and compliance with electrical standards
  • Support equipment upgrades and collaborate with production teams during installations or breakdowns

Requirements

  • Vocational certificate, diploma, or trade qualification in industrial/electrical engineering or equivalent
  • 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in factory or industrial electrical maintenance
  • Knowledge of high-voltage systems, motor controls, PLC basics, and safety regulations
  • Basic English communication skills (reading technical docs and basic conversation)
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and physically able to work in industrial environments (including shifts, ladders, and confined spaces)
