IT Specialist / IT Officer (1 Position)

Department: Information Technology

Reports to: IT Manager

Job Summary:

The IT Specialist is responsible for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, networks, and hardware. This role ensures system security, provides technical support to staff, and manages software installations and upgrades.

Qualifications or requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support/administration.
• Certifications (CompTIA, CCNA, Microsoft) are an advantage.
• Proficiency in Windows/Linux environments and network management.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: bachelor degree
