Job Summary:
Inspire HR Consultancy on behalf of our client in ICT Industry We are seeking a competent and proactive IT Officer to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring data security and optimal system functionality. This role is key in supporting the company’s operations through efficient and secure technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
~ Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, and systems.
~ Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation.
~ Provide timely technical support to internal teams (onsite and remotely).
~ Ensure data backup, cybersecurity, and compliance with IT policies.
~ Maintain IT asset inventory and recommend upgrades or improvements.
~ Coordinate with service providers and vendors for IT-related matters.
~ Support user training and documentation on system usage.
Key Requirements:
~ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
~ At least 3 years of proven experience in IT support or system administration.
~ Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware/software troubleshooting.
~ Familiarity with Windows/Linux OS, Office 365, firewalls, and antivirus tools.
~ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
~ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
~ Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are an added advantage.
