JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
The IT Manager is responsible for managing the company’s technology infrastructure, implementing IT systems, ensuring data security, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software.
- Ensure cybersecurity and data protection measures are in place.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of transportation management systems (TMS).
- Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot IT issues.
- Manage IT budgets and vendor relationships.
- Train staff on new systems and technologies.
- Ensure IT compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of IT management experience.
- Knowledge of TMS, fleet tracking software, and database management.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Certifications (e.g., CCNA, PMP, ITIL) are an advantage.
