JOB DETAILS:
Role Summary:
Manage all technology, networks, and guest Wi-Fi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and troubleshoot routers, access points, cables.
- Maintain guest Wi-Fi uptime (often via microwave/LTE).
- Support hotel PMS, POS, and back-office systems.
- Manage CCTV, printers, staff email.
- Basic data backup and antivirus updates.
- Train staff on system use.
Requirements:
Diploma in IT/Computer Science; experience with MikroTik or Ubiquiti a strong advantage.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: associate degree
