Position: ICT Officer (1 position)
Location: Iringa
Reporting to: General Manager
Mode of Transport: Motorcycle (provided)
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization’s ICT systems, software, and hardware infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff and organizational systems.
- Manage and update the organization’s website and ensure content is current and functional.
- Manage and grow the organization’s social media accounts, ensuring regular updates and engagement.
- Support the documentation of success stories, photos, and digital content for communication and reporting purposes.
- Take photographs and assist in producing visual materials for organizational publications and reports.
- Ensure data security, system backups, and proper management of digital files.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of internal digital systems and databases.
- Assist in the development and improvement of digital communication tools.
- Perform other ICT-related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in ICT support, systems management, or digital communications.
- Experience in website management and social media administration.
- Basic skills in photography, graphic design, or multimedia documentation will be an added advantage.
- Must have a valid driving license
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and support multiple teams.

- Good communication and documentation abilities
- Creativity in digital content development
- High level of integrity and professionalism
