JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities
• To troubleshoot and maintenance of computer hardware and accessories;
• To assist on integrations between Hardware and software for automation of services;
• To assist in capturing Institute requirement and specifications for ICT hardware and equipment’s;
• To perform system analysis and design;
• To assist in development of software systems as per institute needs;
• To perform hardware and systems testing (Hardware validation& verification);
• To perform hardware and system configuration;
• To assist in conducting users acceptance test;
• To participate in design review and provide input for user documentation;
• To liaise with user support staff in supporting end users;
• To establish solutions for the identified institute requirements covering system design and development; and
• To perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor

Qualification and Experience
• Holder of Bachelor Degree in Computer and Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering and Must have strong Computer Electronics and Artificial Intelligence capability.
