Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support in a corporate environment
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support/Helpdesk
- Hands-on skills in hardware/software troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of networks (LAN/WAN, IP configuration)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in a financial institution is an added advantage
