Qualifications or requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Human Resource Management (e.g., CHRP, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in Human Resources is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
