JOB DETAILS:
The Karanga Leather Industries Company Co. Ltd (KLICL) is established as a joint venture company limited between Public Service Social Security Fund (PSSSF) and Tanzania Prisons Service through its company known as Prisons Corporation Sole to undertake development and operate leather Industries in Karanga Area, Moshi Municipality.
The Karanga Leather Industries Company Limited (KLICL) intends to hire qualified, energetic, dynamic and proactive Tanzanians to fill the following position in the organization structure.
7. POSITION: Human Capital and Administration Manager (1 Position) .

Main Areas of Responsibilities
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and to remain well skilled in all applicable employment laws.
• Responsible for updating any and all Company Policies as the laws changes, for situations where the change in the law would cause our current policy to be in non-compliance with the law (both internationally and locally).
• Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
• Maintaining efficient and effective resource planning at every stage of the process and in line with our policy as well as ensure compliance with necessary governmental policy.
• Point person for the recruitment, selection and onboarding process
• Creating and revising job descriptions as applicable
• Maintains historical human resource records by implementing the filing and retrieval system that works both physically and virtually; keeping past and current records.
• Establishes an in-house employee training system that addresses company training need including training needs assessment, management development and measurement of training impact
• Provide advice on conflict management and act as the chairman of any conflict resolution meetings/disciplinary hearings (unless personally involved).
• Leads the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs
• Responsible for keeping accurate and current records of employee attendance, leave schedule and balances
• Providing Administrative support not limited to ensuring that office utilities are paid on time, inventory and security services are maintained, service and repair of various Company assets are checked, etc;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Qualification and Work Experience
• Bachelor or Masters in Human Resources Management, Public Administration from a recognized higher learning institution
• 7 years working experience.
• Knowledge and experience in employment law in Tanzania, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, and employee engagement.
• Someone who is sensitive to and understands organizational culture as well as have the ability to understand and be sensitive to different backgrounds of employees and overall company culture.


Job Education Requirements: Bachelor or Masters in Human Resources Management


Job Experience Requirements: 7 years
