JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications: A Minimum degree in Hotel Management or relevant qualification with at least 3 years experience of running at least a 3 star hotel with a proven track record.

Duties:

• Overall management of the hotel including:
  
• Supervising and training or recruiting staff if need be
  
• Managing budgets, statistics and records
  
• Planning maintenance work, events and room bookings
  
• Handling customer queries
  
• Promoting and marketing the hotel etc.
  

Should have: Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to work independently, good interpersonal and listening skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff, suppliers and clients in a professional manner.
