JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose:

To welcome guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating to ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Manage the waiting list and seating arrangements.
• Answer phone calls and take reservations.
• Coordinate with servers to assign tables.
• Maintain a tidy and inviting entrance area.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Female, age 18 years and above.
• Friendly, well-spoken, and presentable.
• Previous hosting or front desk experience is an advantage.
