JOB DETAILS:
Role Overview:
The Head of Operations is the COO's right hand. You are responsible for the P&L of the business operations. You align all revenue-generating teams (Sales, Marketing, CS) with the Product/Engineering teams to ensure the company hits its goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Sales, Marketing, CS, and Admin.
- Set operational KPIs and OKRs for department heads.
- Drive strategic planning and execution.
- Manage investor relations and board reporting (operational side).
- Identify new business opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Lead the budget planning process.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience, with 5+ in senior management.
- Proven track record in a startup scaling to Series B or beyond.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
- MBA preferred but not required.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 48
Level of Education: postgraduate degree
