JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Head Waiter to lead our waitstaff team. You will oversee the dining room service, ensure guest satisfaction, and coordinate between the kitchen and the service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of waiters/waitresses.
- Greet guests and ensure they receive excellent service.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests.
- Train new service staff on standards and procedures.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area.
- Ensure the dining area is clean and presentable.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a waiter or head waiter.
- A certificate or higher in Hotel Management is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Level of Education: professional certificate
