Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team. The Head Chef will be responsible for all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, staff management, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative menus that align with company standards and customer preferences.
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Control food costs and manage inventory effectively.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience in the related field.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Computer literate (MS Office & Relevant Systems).
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
