Job Description
To contribute to revenue generation and the growth of the Advisory market share by providing moderately complex clients with strategic, future-focused advice and originating and structuring transactions that meet the clients' unique needs and objectives to maximise shareholder returns while contributing towards the Investment Banking (IB) revenue target, maintaining market share and the CIB brand as the Go-To Advisory business.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce

Ability to provide leadership, mentorship and supervision to team members.

Advanced experience in conducting, collating and reviewing detailed financial and / or valuation analysis and preparing client documentation (presentation books, management presentations, board materials, memoranda, and other presentation materials) for use in transactions. Sound knowledge of the Companies Act, Securities Regulation Panel Code, JSE Listings requirements and relevant Tax legislation as it pertains to financial and capital structuring advice.
8-10 years
Experience in applying project management practices to effectively manage multiple deals requiring multiple products. Experience in coordinating transactions and managing resources across deals.
