Position Overview

NEW VACANCY: Let’s grow together, become our HR System Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in HRIS and IT, looking to make a significant impact in human resources technology.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Computer Science/Information Technology.
  • 3+ years of hands-on HRIS experience, preferably with an audit background from audit firms.
  • Good knowledge of programming languages, including PHP, Vb.Net, Java, SQL, and MS Excel.
  • HRMS/IT project experience is desirable, e.g., testing, configuration, and implementation.

Core Responsibilities

  • Analyze HR functionality to recommend and develop process improvements, system enhancements, and customer service solutions that maximize HR System’s value.
  • Maintain HR dashboard that covers all HR metrics, including attrition rate, retention, and analysis of exit interviews.
  • Serve as the primary technical support analyst for all HRMS initiatives, providing functional and technical troubleshooting to resolve system issues.
  • Serve as a liaison between the HR department and technical teams, translating business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Ensure data integrity and system security through rigorous testing of changes, regular data audits, and meticulous management of user access controls.
  • Manage system access to ensure appropriate security procedures are in place and perform data audits.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Project management skills are essential.
