We are expanding rapidly and seeking a highly skilled HR in Tanzania to oversee all HR processes, including talent acquisitioncompensation & benefits (payroll), Performance Management, and Employee Engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their goals and challenges to provide proactive HR solutions.
  • Lead workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership on employee engagement strategies, retention plans, and succession planning.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop data-driven solutions to improve organizational performance.
  • Drive diversity, equity, inclusion, and initiatives in alignment with company values.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
  • Support M&A activities, including due diligence, integration planning, and change management.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while mitigating HR risks.

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in   Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3– 5 years of HR experience, focusing on talent acquisition 
  • Strong understanding of Tanzanian labor laws
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, talent management, employee engagement,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
